What are the shipping costs?
We offer shipping to United States destinations for $4.95 (standard shipping, 3 to 5 days) and $8.95 (expedited shipping, 1 to 3 days).
In order to provide you with the best possible shipping experience; Beautiful Silver Jewelry has partnered with Amazon.com to fulfill and ship a large portion of our inventory. This allows us to provide such benefits as 24 Hour Shipment Prep and Online Order Tracking, all while keeping costs low.
To ensure your return is processed as quickly and accurately as possible, please utilize our Online Return Center to return any products with which you are not 100% Satisfied.
How do I check order status and my order?

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30 day, hassle-free, money-back guarantee. If you don't want your item, for any reason, we will refund the product cost to you on the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns
Most of our jewelry is shipped from Amazon.com fulfillment centers.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of a Beautiful Silver Jewelry or Amazon error.
A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return time window. All refunds go to the original purchaser.
Replacements and exchanges
Replacements and exchanges are not supported. Customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
Instructions on how to return items:
1. Visit the Return Center to create a return merchandise authorization
2. Print the returns slip and the shipping label
3. Include the returns slip inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box
4. Ship package
You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Is shopping at Beautiful Silver Jewelry safe?

Only the last four digits of your credit card numbers are revealed when confirming an order. Of course, the entire credit card number is transmitted to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
